History

Stable built by C. Prescott Knight, circa 1898 Whitmarsh, St, rear of the house. The house was built before 1850 at the corner of Washington and Greene St. and was moved to 243 Elmwood Ave when the First Universalist Church was erected in 1872. It was purchased later by Rober Knight.
